We'll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded back to your original payment method.
For the majority of payment methods refunds take between 1 to 3 business days to fully process and for funds to return to your account, it varies a bit depending on the bank. If you made your purchase using Shop Pay then refunds may take up to 10 business days to fully process.
