If you're looking to cancel a Replacement Filter Subscription please keep in mind that we recommend changing your filters every 6 weeks for optimal performance.
If you're trying to cancel a Premium Aroma Kit Subscription remember that we're coming out with new fragrances all the time! You can stay up to date on our most recent offerings by subscribing to our mailing list. Just go to the main Canopy page and enter your email address at the bottom of the screen.
We understand that not everyone uses their Humidifiers regularly throughout the year, if you're looking to cancel for only one season you can learn how to reactivate your subscription here.
If you're still looking to cancel your subscription you can do so by:
|From your Account page select "Manage Subscriptions."|
Select the "Edit" button for the subscription you want to cancel.
|Scroll down to select "Cancel Subscription"|

If you select "Other" we'll ask you to leave a brief description about the reason for cancelation. Once you respond select "Cancel My Subscription" to confirm.
If you've chosen one of our prefilled reasons you'll just have to select "Cancel My Subscription" to confirm.
